Approximately 80% of people use their own AI tools at work (e.g. ChatGPT), instead of using the AI tool preferred or approved by their organisation, risking data leaks, crossover of personal and professional contexts, and missing out on the advantages of AI tools integrated to their current work (i.e. Copilot for Microsoft Office users, and Gemini for Google Workspace users).

The purpose of this session is to raise awareness about the current state of AI adoption at work in Australia's workplaces, highlight the advantages of using tools like Copilot and Gemini, regarding data protection and integrations, and best practices for encouraging technology adoption at work.
